Here's how it works:

Make your own personal video that showcases what you will be offering in your exhibit space at the Conference. Your video can be up to 10 minutes, but we recommend 2 minutes or less. You will then send us a link to your video via YouTube, and we will post it to our "Meet Our Exhibitors" page on the official eWomenNetwork Conference website.

Your exhibitor sales message will be posted and promoted 90* days before the Conference and 30 days after the Conference!

What a way to start promoting what you will be featuring in your exhibit booth! We will add a caption under your video that lists your product/service, company name, contact, website and email.

Here are some of the ways we will be promoting the "Meet Our Exhibitors" page:

• Home page of the eWomenNetwork Conference Website and throughout all the Conference pages
• Beginning in March, there will be a monthly pre-Conference email campaign promoting the Conference sent to the over 500,000 women entrepreneurs who are connected to eWomenNetwork. In this email, the "Meet Our Exhibitors" page will be showcased.
• Sandra Yancey, Founder & CEO of eWomenNetwork, will promote the "Meet Our Exhibitors" page each month leading up to the Conference on her "Sip, Tip & Talk" private conversation with eWomenNetwork members and Conference attendees.
• Our social media team will showcase and promote the "Meet Our Exhibitors" page and introduce exhibitors each week on our national and local chapter Facebook pages. We will also tweet who the exhibitors are and will invite our audience to learn more about their offerings.
• eWomenNetwork has many strategic marketing partners with large email lists who have partnered with us to promote the Conference. They include, but are not limited to: Lisa Nichols, Harvey MacKay, Lisa Sasevich, Brendon Burchard, Marcia Wieder, George Fraser, DELL, American Express OPEN and UPS, along with the 118 eWomenNetwork chapters spread across North America. The scope and reach of our Conference promotion is vast.

"Meet Our Exhibitors" Upgrade Fee: only $500.00

(Just add $500 to any exhibitor package chosen and you will be upgraded to our "Meet Our Exhibitor" package)
*If your exhibit space is purchased prior to April 15, 2012 you will receive 90 full days of advance promotion on the "Meet Our Exhibitors" page. All exhibitors who purchase exhibit space after the 90 day advance promotion window has passed will receive the remaining advance promotion days available. Exhibitors are not eligible for any discounts because they registered for their exhibit space after the 90 day advance promotion period.
